This Wine is made from the same Zinfandel blend as our “house” Zinfandel, with about 3% of the residual sugar left to soften the taste.

Cucamonga Vakkey-Locally grown grapes with arrested fermentation, residel sugar of 1.5%.

Cucamonga Valley-The Cucamonga Valley has growing conditions very similar to those in the Rhone River Valley Of France. It should be no surprise that Grenache and Syrah grapes that make such great wine there, do the same thing here! This fruity blend of those verietals is our house red, but it certainly is not “vin ordinaire.”

NV Fresno – Rich and beefy style resmbles the great Rhone wines of France. Full of grip with dark cherries, plums and toasty mocha accents on the palate. Medium to full bodied.

2005 paso Robels-The coastal valleys of Paso Robles provide the hot days cool nights that this grape needs to develop all the flavour that’s expected from Bordeaux varietal.

2008 Cucamonga Valley-Our first wine of the 2008 vintage. Heady aromas of rose petel, earth
and dusty fruit. Medium body and flavors of cherry and earth.

2008 Cucamonga Valley-While medium bodied, this Zinfandel delivers all the inyense berry flavors that this type of grape is famous for. The initial taste of the fruit dissolves deliciously into the rich complexity of the tannins for a true experience of what grape can deliver.
