Shipping & Returns
We arrange, on your behalf and responsibility, shipment with UPS to make the delivery. The weather conditions are critical to wine (extreme high and low temperatures). We are unable to replace bottles that are damaged by the weather. GALLEANO WINERY, INC. assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport; this can include freezing or leaking.
Be sure of the weather and shipping conditions before placing an order to be shipped.
If you are aware of an extreme hot or cold spell in your area, please notify us if you wish to delay shipment until the weather is more favorable. If your area is experiencing extreme weather conditions, GALLEANO WINERY, INC. can briefly hold your order for future shipment.
We ship only UPS Ground, approximately 1-6 business days in transit. We do not ship on weekends, however. Orders placed on Saturday will ship the next business day.
Please note, a street address is required for all shipments. We DO NOT ship to a PO BOX address, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, Hospitals, Military Bases, Colleges, Cruise Ships and Hotels.
Our prices include wine shipper packaging. Wine shippers come in 1 bottle, 2 bottle, 3 bottle, 6 bottle and 12 bottle sizes.
We offer a “Comments or requirements” notation if you would like a specific delivery date. We will make every attempt to meet your request. You can specify during Stage 3 (Address) at checkout.
All orders shipped outside of CA are not subject to CA state sales tax.
Orders picked up at our location (4231 Wineville Ave, Mira Loma, CA, 91752) are subject to sales tax.
Return & Exchange Policy
There are no cash, check or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances. California Alcohol and Beverage Laws prohibit these types of refunds.
